JAY: I do something called "Power Cleans." I do a lot of them. If you play football you should do "Power Cleans because its one of the only exercises that is closely related to football -its all muscles and exposure.
What do you specifically do to "give back" during the holiday season? - Bill Fence, NJ
JAY: I spend a lot of time at hospitals and courage houses, which are for abused children. But those are things I do all year round. During the Holiday season, My wife and I do a lot of family related charity including all the events the the Cowboy Wives organize.
Who is the toughest team for you to prepare for? - Kelly Wheeler, FL
JAY: Probably anyone in our conference, but specifically ...I would say the Redskins. Mainly because you can have them beat, you can have them down, but they're gonna fight you to the very end.
What your most memorable game (college or pro)? - Robert Hatch, AL
JAY: I would have to say it was in college. After going undefeated and winning the Bowl game. That was definitely special. In the pros, it would have to be my first sack. It was on Kerry Collins. My second sack vs the Eagles (McNabb) was a good one too.
What passion drives you off the field? - LaCrissa Sapp, TX
JAY: Helping people. That's what its all about. Also my kids, but that's a given.
What is your greatest accomplishment in life so far? - Nick Elder, KS
JAY: Just being a good Dad. Making it to the NFL is great. But being a great Dad in your kid's eyes is better.
Do the guys hang out together off the field? And if so, who do you hang with the most? - Deb9826, MI
JAY: The guy I hang out with the most is Chris Canty. T.O. is a guy I'll hang with during the season and every once in awhile I'll chill with Bradie (James). But as far as what everyone thinking 'Defensive guys hangs together' 'Offensive guys hang together' it's not like that. We all hang out with one another regardless of what side of the ball they play on. For example, me and (Corey) Procter are supposed to go fishing soon. Recently a few of us went to New Jersey for a Dallas Cowboys basketball game and we had a great time. Things like that are a lot of fun,
What teams did you follow growing up? - Scott Nap, NJ
JAY: I'm from Georgia, so the team I grew up loving was the Falcons. Remember when they made that "Dirty Bird" run? I was never that into basketball but my family was. My mother loved the Hawks. My brother loved the Bulls. And my Dad loved the Lakers. So there was plenty of basketball smack going on when the Bulls played the Lakers. It was crazy. But i watched all the games with my family and just enjoyed the back and forth.
How does Thanksgiving work for you when you're a Dallas Cowboy? - Mike Passaro, TN
JAY: Even though we were Falcons fans, I remember every Thanksgiving we'd go to my Auntie's or my Grandfathers house and we'd all watch the Cowboys play. I never dreamed one day i'd be playing for the Cowboys on Thanksgiving. But now its different. For the last couple years, my family has all flown down here. After the game, we sit down and have a great meal. I'm big on family but it's just weird how it's all turned out.
